Roaring Fork Condominiums

Per the Declaration, units are classified by two unit types and assessed accordingly. The rates for 2024 are as follows:

$430 for units 1G, 2G, and 3G

$420 for all other units

Assessments are due and payable by the 1st of the month. Late fees are assessed following a 10-day grace period.

At this time, there is no Special Assessment.
