  • How much are the Midland Point HOA dues and where are they billed?

    The Midland Point HOA dues assessment is $501/qtr for homes and $342/qtr for vacant lots. 


    Special assessments or other charges may be assessed or made from time to time by the Association in accordance with the HOA’s governing documents and are due and payable as provided by the Board in making such assessment.

  • Who do I contact regarding utilities in Midland Point?

    • Electricity is provided by Holy Cross Energy.
    • Gas service is provided by Black Hills Energy.
    • Trash and recycling services are provided by Mountain Waste. Monthly assessments include trash. 
    • Water and sewer service is provided by Roaring Fork Water & Sanitaion. 
    • Compost is optional and would be provided by EverGreen ZeroWaste. 

  • Who is The Trash Service Provider?

    The Trash Service provider is Mountian Waste & Recycling. Trash and Recycling pick-up days are Tuesdays.
