Construction Improvement Process
- Owner to review and complete the Construction Approval Process and provide complete submittal to Management.
- Management will coordinate a meeting with the Board for the Owner to present plans and request Preliminary Approval.
- Following Preliminary Approval, the owner completes and submits the Construction Approval Packet.
- Owner provides Neighbor Notification Form from packet to neighbors (Management may assist) as opportunity for comment (responses not mandatory).
- Upon verification of all document submittal requirements, Management sends Final Approval Letter to applicant.
