Construction Improvement Process

1. Owner to review and complete the Construction Approval Process and provide complete submittal to Management.
2. Management will coordinate a meeting with the Board for the Owner to present plans and request Preliminary Approval.
3. Following Preliminary Approval, the owner completes and submits the Construction Approval Packet.
4. Owner provides Neighbor Notification Form from packet to neighbors (Management may assist) as opportunity for comment (responses not mandatory).
5. Upon verification of all document submittal requirements, Management sends Final Approval Letter to applicant.
