I’m excited to “re-integrate” my unique and intuitive skillset with the associates at Integrated Mountain Properties at their new location in Rifle, Colorado. With over 20 years of combined real estate experience in North Carolina & Colorado, it was time to align myself with a full- service brokerage and bring my knowledge of the buying, selling, building & development processes back to the western slope.

I’m a North Carolina native that moved to Colorado in 1997, met and married my husband, Cole Moulton while living in Steamboat Springs. During that time, we had the opportunity to participate in the development of Storm Mountain Ranch, Timbers Village, and Flattops Village at OutWest…all the while, planning our return to Cole’s hometown, in 2006 we relocated to Silt Mesa. Today, we live full-time on the family farm in New Castle and Cole is exploring his metal artwork. www.moultondesignworks.com

In recent years, I’ve gained a greater sensitivity towards the concepts of “Downsizing”, “Aging in Place”, “Active Retirement”, and “Caregiving for Independent Living Family Members”.
