The 2024 assessment is at the quarterly billing rate of $350.00 for residential properties. Assessments are due and payable by the 1st of January, April, July, and October. Late fees are assessed following a 30-day grace period.
At this time, there is no Special Assessment; however, Special assessments or other charges may be assessed from time to time by the Association in accordance with the governing documents.
