  • How much are the Assessments and where are they billed?

    The Monthly Assessment for the 2024 fiscal year is $220.00 per unit payable to Eagle's Ridge Ranch.


    (Please note that Eage's Ridge Ranch homes are also part of the Lakota Canyon Ranch Master Association, which is $90.00 per unit per month.)

  • What are the Maintenance Responsibilities of the Association?

    Please refer to Article 7 of the Declaration of CCRs. 

  • Who can I call if I have a Maintenance Emergency?

    Call 911 for a fire or other life-threatening emergency. For other maintenance issues such as water leaks, please call Integrated Mountain Management at (970) 945-7653.
